July 16th, 2012 Cheticamp, Nova Scotia (Cape Breton)

Woke up early, had about an hour to kill, went to the gym at St. Francis.  Had to give them my left leg to get permission to the gym....   Decent gym once I got in there.

Purchased lots of groceries from Atlantic Superstore in Antigonish, Nova Scotia

Drove along the Cabot trail to Cheticamp, Nova Scotia (Cape Breton).  What a lovely, scenic drive.

Got to Cheticamp, starts raining, tried to setup camp anyways got SOAKED!

Managed to get fire going in steady rain.  Cooked sausage and Kraft dinner for supper.

Rain stopped just after dinner.

Went to listen to a local Gaelic musician in Cheticamp pavilion, was full, watched show about coyotes. Very informative. Apparently the eastern coyotes bred with wolves way back in the day, creating bigger coyotes than we have in Ontario.

Stayed up watched campfire nice night, no more rain :)

Even saw stars through the tree canopy overhead.
